We can only accept returns/exchanges for reasons of our fault, i.e. wrong size sent, damaged product, etc. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of purchase to see if we can help make things right. We can only help you out with UNUSED MERCHANDISED WITH ALL TAGS STILL INTACT. We cannot accept returns/exchanges for any other reasons or in less-than-new condition. Please contact us before shipping back any returns. For issues that are not our fault we do not cover return shipping costs for exchanges or returns . No exceptions.
